How long does your wigs last?

Our wigs can last 1-3 years with proper maintenance and care. You will need to replace your lace in between this period, as it will begin to bald over time.

What is the standard processing and shipping time?

Standard processing and shipping time for non-colored and colored units is 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends/holidays. Also, orders placed after 6pm CST will be processed the following business day. Orders that are completed beforehand will be shipped sooner.

What type of products should I be using to wash/maintain my unit?

To clean your unit, we recommend that you use a sulfate free shampoo and any conditioner that you would naturally use on your own hair. Also, always let your units air dry. Do not blow dry your unit!

What is your refund, return, and exchange policy on customized units?

Unfortunately, all sales are final on customized units. Custom units/extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. 30 day store credits may be available upon my discretion.

How many bundles do you use when making wigs?

12"-14"...2.5 Bundles

16"-22"...3 Bundles

24"...4 Bundles
